Why Gluten Free?
About Us
For many eating Gluten Free is not a choice. Our dry mix is much easier to prepare than regular pizza crust and can be a great meal idea for you and your family any day of the week!

Our Story
Our Gluten free pizza crust started being developed in 2002. Our interest in creating a gluten free crust started when one of our aunts was diagnosed with Ciliac Disease when very few people knew much about it.
We wanted to be able to offer her pizza at our family owned pizzeria in Nanaimo, BC (Mambo Pizza) so we started doing research online about wheat alternatives. We learned alot over the years. Not only about which flours work well for gluten free baking but also more about the disease itself.

Fresh, tasty and gluten free!
Our first prototypes were frozen doughs that were not very user friendly or free of points of contamination. Over the years we perfected the dry mix we have for sale today and were able to create a product that not only tastes good but is user friendly, versatile and safe! Fresh, easy, tasty and gluten free!
Today at our family owned pizzeria gluten free crusts make up 10% of our sales. We've successfully taught dozens of employees to prepare the gluten free crust over the years and we're excited to share our recipe and gluten free pizza ideas for you to make at home!
